About Us

Carolyn joined Danercon Ltd in August 2011 following a successful career in Local Government. She has over 20 years successful experience of HR in local authority and private industry across a range of service areas, including significant working with educational provision, teachers and support staff and over 7 years leading Teacher Recruitment and Retention and School Workforce Development. Carolyn undertook a number of In-Council secondments to lead projects and provide significant project support. Her particular interests and expertise include restructures, impact evaluation, workforce development and staff well-being.


Carolyn holds a bachelor degree in Organisational Analysis and Industrial Relations and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development, an NVQ Business and Administration Assessor, an Assessor of Assessors and Internal Verifier.

Dave Rogers has worked for Danercon Ltd since 2004 having previously worked for a multinational company for 23 years. During his industrial career, Dave spent three periods of time working in research and development and three periods of time working in the manufacturing division. His manufacturing experience covers the product issues of day to day manufacture, and product redesign as part of a waste reduction effort, as well as leading a process research and development group of some twenty engineers and scientists. Dave's research experience involved product component research, product design and the implementation of process verification equipment.


Dave holds bachelor and doctorate degrees in Chemistry, Fellowships with the Royal Society of Chemistry, The Royal Photographic Society and the British Institute of Professional Photography (the latter by invitation). His professional qualifications include European Chemist, Chartered Scientist, Chartered Chemist and Accredited Senior Imaging Scientist. Dave was appointed Visiting Professor at the University of Westminster in 2002 for a three year period during which he worked in the Business Psychology Centre of the University. Following the completion of his contract as Visiting Professor, Dave was appointed a Visiting Lecturer a post he still holds. Dave has also worked as an additional support governor having spend a total of 16 years as a primary school governor, and as a scientist in residence for a local high school.

Danercon Ltd was established in 2004 with the primary aim of knowledge transfer through a number of communication methods. These include books, articles, workshops, lectures for universities/process clubs, consultancies and talks/lessons to various schools.
